  I contacted this breeder with questions about the breed, advice on how to introduce the dog to my current dog, and the fact that that many sites say congenital conditions that can have long lasting effects are common in this breed. I did mention introducing the dog to my current dog but stated I knew puppies couldn't be exposed to other dogs so was looking for ideas on how to smooth that transition.
  
  My questions were brushed aside and treated as if they were a nuisance. She said she didn't understand the question about health concerns and that any concerns I have should be covered by the health guarantee. When I asked again about my concerns especially about introducing the two dogs she told me she couldn't accommodate me and, instead of offering advice on other things we could try she suggested I go elsewhere to look.
  
  I am highly disappointed in her condescending response and the fact that she did not seem to respect that I was trying to be a responsible puppy owner. Well not work with her. Would rather travel hours to work with someone who understands the serious nature and commitment adding a new canine family member is for everyone involved.
